Winery Review: It's created form the finest Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel. The taste is lush and velvety with expressive notes of raspberry and cherry. It pairs nicely with pasta and anyuthing off the grill.
My Review: This wine had a deep red tint, but still translucent The scent had a strong buttery tone. The smooth, cherry-tasting texture had the smallest of bites on the back end.
I tasted this wine on its own, without food.
